How will I know that they will get the right shoe size for me?
We encourage our clients to measure their feet based on the guidelines we have given in our website. Kindly measure your feet in centimeters (your feet size can found in the Japanese measurement table provided for by Espalier. To further assure accuracy, we also encourage our clients to draw their feet and measure their feet from tip to tip as well as the thickness of their feet and its width. Our clients can fax or scan the drawing and email it to us.
How can I customize my shoe order?
We have a fabric gallery which shows various design patterns to choose from. You may also opt to use your own fabric. Secondly, each shoe design has a pattern that will tell you if you can purchase it as flats, in one inch heels, two inches, or even three inches. Prices may vary depending on your preferred heel size. There is no additional price should wish to use a different price.
How will I know that my order is being processed?
As soon as you fill up an order form, and you sent your size and a drawn illustration of your feet indicating your measurements with your signature, Espalier will get in touch with you and provide you with the bank account details where you can send your payment. If you are an international buyer, you can also by via paypal. Once you have paid in full, Espalier shall send you an invoice. Not only that we shall send you an email as well. Your order form shall then be forwarded to production for processing. Production time is usually 7 days. After which your shoes shall be sent to you via courier. Courier services may vary depending on your location.
What if I want to change my order?
Change in orders will only be entertained for unpaid orders that are waiting for payment. We will not entertain changes for orders that has been fully paid or for orders that been processed already.
What if I want to buy a product from you and send it as a gift?
Espalier offers our clients the opportunity to send gifts by purchasing shoes from us. Please refer to our guidelines regarding sizing, production time, and shipping. You may also send an Espalier Gift card to allow your friends the option to choose from our collection. A gift or an Espalier Gift card must be prepaid before hand. Espalier will also furnish you an invoice to confirm that your payment has been received.
How can I track my orders?
You may track your orders online once Espalier has issued you tracking number. Espalier uses a number of courier services which are all equipped with online tracking systems.
